Ascent HR Solutions is an application dedicated to the human resources management and salaries calculation. Compared to a classical salaries application, Ascent HR Solution has some particular plus features:
- the user can configure the condition that an employee pays CAS, ASS, unemployment contribution, income tax, and even mention the reason why he/she doesn’t pay them. For example, the user can mention that an employee does not pay income tax because he/she works as a programmer;
- the user can define/edit the sick leave allowances. The user can set the following parameters: code and name for allowance, granted percentage, number of days that are paid by the company and number of days paid by the state, whether the allowance is a taxable income or not, whether the days paid by the state will be paid from FNUASS or FAAMBP;
