The SFA module – Ascent Mobile Solution - automation of the labor force - allows the routing for distribution activities of the type “VAN-sales” (the issuing of invoices and receipts directly from the distribution vehicle through PDA (smartphone) connected wireless with the mobile printer.

Ex: Ice-cream distribution (food products)
The relevant process for the exemplification of the distribution module begins with the reception of the goods on the reception note from the central warehouse to the local warehouses. From this moment on, one can follow the distribution activity of a salesman/driver of a distribution vehicle:
Step 1: loading of the food products that will be distributed on the frigorific vehicles. The transfer will be registered on a receipt document signed by the driver
Step 2: the salesman/driver unloads the goods at the different destinations and issues invoices (cash vouchers) or notes. By consulting the customers balance before issuing the invoice, he can initiate the debt recovery by issuing cash receipts. Every stop is marked by the application “off-line” mobile with the date and time of the process, so that at the end of the work day and return at the regional warehouse, the salesmans/drivers route can be retraced.
Step 3: the delivery of the issued documents and/or the synchronization of the sale-collection information and delivery of the cash according to the issued receipts.
