Our services are associated to the various stages of a project of software implementation:

1. Project analysis

  1. Requirements analysis and suggestion of technical solutions (PAC elaboration –customer analysis project): this is the stage that defines the quality of the following processes and determines the costs and the deadlines. Actually, according to the most specialists, this is the process that will determine the success of the project. We start from the analysis of the present situation (SWOT analysis), having in mind the operational and strategic objectives to be achieved by the implementation of the ERP, CRM or BI system, according to the managements requirements and expectations
    - The business-logic analysis for the identification of the particularities of the processes run by the beneficiary organization
    - The analysis of the inter- departmental needs and requirements and of the  integration into a unitary system that eliminates the informational islands
    - Resource determination 
  2. Technical proposition
    - The design of the database architecture, modeling and defining the flow of involved operations and procedures, as well as of the new structures (tables, views, storing procedures, etc.)

2. Execution-implementation

a. planning and following the stages in order to achieve the objectives
b. designing
c. taking over and processing of data from old systems, analysis of their correctness and adapting to the new systems

There are different ways in which data can be adapted:

    * Import by using a standard interface
    * The data migration to the system and their restructuring if necessary
    * Data verification
    * Matching the fields, creation of required fields, if necessary.

In order to perform this, it is recommended that the existing source of data is analyzed and the import and migration target is defined.

d. Installation and putting into function

The adaptation of the standard Ascent ERP coreSystem or of CASGenesis World to the individual requirements of your company includes the developing of the following:

-new data
-additional fields to the standard objects as well as support at start
-windows attached to automatic processes and their customization
-users and their features, defining users rights
-access profiles based on mapping the identified process during the analysis work-shop

Besides all these, developing interfaces in the existing program and conceiving the data synchronizing routine can necessitate customization efforts.

Installation

   1. The installation of the data server

   4. Setting the application server for the running operations (automatic reserve copy, connection supervision, etc.)
   5. The installation of the AscentBrowser or of the other applications on the workstations that will use the ERP (CRM, BI) information system

3. The activities of training destined to the beneficiaries of products-services.

  • The elaboration of the norms and work procedures (handbook,” job description” for the system operator, the organizational chart of the system, workflow, identification of the critical points of data feeding that can lead to incorrect information and disrupting of some processes)
  • The analysis of the training necessity, organization of the user groups, initiation of a training plan, actual training during the training workshops previously agreed upon with the beneficiary’s project manager
  • Follow-up (the evaluation of the change necessity and suggestion of a set of measures related to this necessity)
